It is no secret that Thanksgiving is one of the most loved holidays of the year. Getting together with family (safely), enjoying stuffing, and telling stories with one another seems to be the most amazing things you can do with your friends and family. However, sometimes just eating your favorite foods around the table isn’t enough – sometimes you want to celebrate with other activities.
Gratitude
Thanksgiving is extremely important for everyone to tell what and who they are thankful for. We suggest that before you begin your meal, to say what you are thankful for in a circle. You must remember that gratitude and happiness comes in different forms. Remember not to judge what anyone says, and give your blessings towards the food.
Virtual Zoom Calls
Although COVID can make Thanksgiving gatherings harmful, that doesn’t mean you can’t still celebrate with your family members overseas. You can start a virtual group meeting with everyone, while still being able to practice safe COVID regulations.
Board Games
Since you’ll be spending lots of family time, we suggest that a board game will help with family bonding. There are a variety of different board games you can choose from – Monopoly, Scrabble, Chest, etc.. Additionally, you can even spice things up and play Bingo with one another.
Family Tree
You can also start a family tree with another. First, grab a piece of paper, draw a tree and draw branches. Then, on each branch, write down your family member’s name as well as their relationship to another member of the family. This easy and convenient game can make you understand more regarding your ancestry.
Skincare
Although you might be full from all that turkey, MDSUN recommends that you still take care of your skin before you go to bed. A cleanser that we recommend is MDSUN’s Active Cleanser which works well for oily to combination skin. This product contains Glycolic Acid which helps with skin texture, and Provitamin B5 which calms down redness and inflammation.
